On Tuesday December 2nd from 8:00 - 10:00pm ET, we've planned a service interruption in order to perform infrastructure upgrades. The interruption will be similar to our normal monthly upgrade, with the exception that monitoring will be paused up to 1 hour for apps using AppView Global web monitors.

The usual upgrade caveats will apply:

  • During this window you might not be able to log in.
  • The interruption won't produce any gaps in PathView or FlowView monitoring.
  • Advanced Voice Assessments and AppView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.
  • Reports schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
