The Web Application Monitoring issue has been resolved. The issue was restricted to a subset of Appliances running our latest version (7.11.0.12147)

The root cause is related to a package being inadvertently/incorrectly deployed as part of the Service Upgrade on December 17th 2014. AppNeta has taken every step to resolve quickly as well as resolve the process issue identified.

Investigating

Some customers may observe gaps introduced in AppView monitoring, or a failure to start new monitoring jobs to Web Applications.
