AppNeta will be upgrading customer services starting Tuesday March 31st 2015 to Thursday April 2nd 2015.

Upgrades will be spread out across these 3 nights, and you will be messaged in-app and via email for the night where your particular instance is affected

  • During a 3 hour window on the night of your upgrade you might not be able to log in.
  • The upgrade won't produce any gaps in your monitoring history.
  • Advanced Voice Assessments and PathView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.
  • Report schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
