Symantec Email Security Service is currently experiencing an issue with ATP component. Customers provisioned only on EU infrastructure are experiencing File Query failures since 07:50UTC, which may result in file scanning delays and possible email delays. Customers provisioned on global infrastructure have been failed over to our US infrastructure and should see no impact.
Our engineering team is examining the issue at highest priority. We will update this incident at 11:00 UTC or sooner if more information becomes available.
