The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

The duration of the planned maintenance has been extended in order to facilitate installation of additional hardware, the scheduled end is now November 5th, 2017 09:00 UTC.
We will be performing a scheduled maintenance to our email and web security infrastructure located in Amsterdam. Services will be failed over to alternate locations in the region. During the maintenance Track and Trace results may be inconsistent and message release from Quarantine may not be possible. All other aspects of our services will function as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this maintenance, please be assured this work is intended for your benefit and is part of our ever advancing plans for improving the reliability of the service and customer experience.
