Monitoring

Our datacenter partner has indicated that hurricane Maria (category 5) has impacted Puerto Rico causing severe damages and flood in the area. In turn, this has caused IP traffic saturation towards Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This traffic saturation may affect Delivery and Experience monitoring data from the Global Monitoring Points in the Sao Paulo region. There is currently no ETA for when Puerto Rico will be back online.

We appreciate your patience and will post an update on this page when we have more information.
