To further improve the StatusPage service to our customers, we will be separating Email Security and Web Security status pages as of April 9th, 2018. All customers already subscribed to existing status pages will automatically be enrolled to their appropriate new pages. Auto-enrollment will ensure a smooth transition and consistent customer experience. We will send further communication when this work is complete.
Required Action On Saturday, April 7th, Web Security customers will receive an email from noreply@alert.status.symantec.com asking them to confirm their subscription. It is critical for these customers to confirm their subscription to remain enrolled in status page notifications.
Email Security.Cloud customers will not need to take any action. Their subscriptions will remain active, and there will be no need to reconfirm their subscriptions.
