We have not seen recurrence of latency issues and the service via Tokyo data center is fully operational. This incident is resolved
We have resolved the previously reported concern with the Tokyo data center and normal performance has been restored. We are closely monitoring the data center performance.
Beginning on January 14, 2019, at approximately 23:55 UTC, some customers may have experienced increased latency in connections to the Tokyo data center.
We are currently investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
