The disruption in the New Zealand center has been remediated. The availability of the data center has been restored. We are closely monitoring the data center performance.
The New Zealand data center is currently unavailable. Customer connections to the New Zealand data center were redirected to another geographically close data center. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
