On January 3, 2019, from 23:50 UTC through January 4, 2019, at 00:00 UTC customer connections to the old Stockholm data center (ST1/BMA1) may have experienced disconnections from the service and were redirected to another geographically close data center. Normal connectivity has been restored. We are currently investigating with the network carrier the cause of the issue.

The New Stockholm data center (BMA2) that went live in November 2018 was fully functional during this outage.
