On May 29, 2019, at 19:00 UTC Symantec is performing planned maintenance of Symantec Secure Access Cloud (Americas region), for a duration of 1 hour.

As part of our continuous efforts to improve the reliability and the robustness of our platform, we are updating the Symantec Secure Access Cloud supported availability zones. Therefore, the set of the service static IP addresses will be updated during a maintenance window on June 9th, schedule will be provided once confirmed. Additional changes may occur during future regular operation and maintenance.

Action Required To keep your firewall updated with the latest set of static IP addresses, we recommend automating a query for dynamically retrieving it as described in the following KB article.

Impact During the maintenance window customers may experience a temporary degradation of service.
