The latest Email Security.cloud release introduces a new self-service False Positive email submission tool to help customers submit emails they believe were incorrectly classified as spam or phishing by our Anti-Spam service. The new tool replaces the existing process and enhances the user experience with a simplified interface, featuring automated verification checks and faster remediation and response time.

As of Monday, May 6th, 2019, all customers, with direct support from Symantec, are required to use the False Positive email submission tool to request an investigation into emails incorrectly classified as spam or phishing by our Anti-Spam service. The false positive submission mailbox CLOUDfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com will remain. You can continue to send email samples to this mailbox if you do not require feedback on your submissions
