The cause of the issue accessing the ClientNet portal, Customer API and Partner APIs have been addressed. This incident is now resolved.

We are aware that the ClientNet portal, Customer API and Partner APIs are currently unavailable. We have identified the cause of the issue and are currently working on remediation. All other aspects of our service is working as normal.

The next update will be provided at 15:30 UTC or as soon as new information becomes available.
