Investigating

We are aware that a subset of customers provisioned on the NAM infrastructure may be experiencing issues with the Click Time URL Protection service. Impacted customers may experience DNS resolution errors. There is no impact to mail delivery or other email services.

Our engineers continue to be actively engaged as we work towards full restoration. We will provide an update at February 28, 2020 at 02:30 UTC or as soon as more information becomes available.
