The issue has been resolved. Path Route data is being retrieved without issues and available in the APM UI.
We have identified the issue and are working towards resolution with a short service disruption. This may require logged in users having to log in again.
We are currently experiencing issues retrieving Path Route records due to an issue in our traceroute pipeline. Traceroutes continue to be persisted without issues, long-term data loss is not expected. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue.
