As previously announced the Dubai, UAE (GAEDX2) WSS site, formerly known as Dubai (DXB1), will be permanently retired from service on June 28, 2020.

Impact and Required Action At the conclusion of the maintenance, the Dubuai (GAEDX2) site will no longer accept any WSS traffic.

IPsec traffic for the Dubai (GAEDX2) will no longer be accepted or processed. Customers must migrate their IPsec tunnels for IPsec and transproxy access from the ingress IP address of Dubai (GAEDX2) to the ingress IP address of Dubai (GAEDX) prior to June 28, 2020 as previously communicated.

Unified Agent, WSSA, and Symantec Endpoint Protection Web Traffic Redirector (SEP-WTR) and proxy forwarding traffic for Dubai is already being directed to the Dubai (GAEDX) WSS site, so these traffic types will not be impacted by this maintenance. No customer action will be required for these traffic types.
