Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
Arcot will be performing emergency maintenance activity between 0000 GMT and 0130 GMT on 08 November 2020.
During this time, teams will be installing a pair of higher capacity firewalls to cater to the external traffic coming to Arcot. This is a preemptive measure from a thorough review of all network equipment in view of the incident experienced on 20 October 2020. In favour of caution, Arcot has invested in additional hardware to ensure smooth operations though the anticipated volume growth over the next few months.
Given the nature of the work, service disruption may not be completely avoidable. Hence, this maintenance window has been planned for the lowest period of transaction volumes for our global customers. No further maintenance activity is planned after this until the end of freeze period in January 2021.
Teams shall be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
