The issue impacting our upstream provider has been resolved. We are no longer experiencing delays processing Usage alerts, and users can once again expect to receive new alerts pertaining to their Usage data.

Identified

We are currently experiencing delays processing Usage alerts. New Usage data is being delayed before becoming available in the AppNeta Performance Manager. At this time, users may not receive new alerts pertaining to their Usage data. This is affecting all AppNeta Performance Manager users.

We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.
