The issue impacting our upstream provider has been resolved. We are no longer experiencing delays processing new network information data and ISP name updates.

Identified

We are currently experiencing delays processing new network information data and isp updates. As such, network information for traceroutes as shown in the path routes view may not show the latest network name, ASN and ISP name. This is affecting all AppNeta Performance Manager users.

We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.
