This incident is resolved and Arcot’s monitoring confirms that all transaction metrics are back in the nominal range. This issue appears to have only impacted EMV 3DS transactions; 3D Secure v1.0.2 appears to have not been impacted. The period of service degradation appears to be 15:20 to 15:40 GMT. Our teams continue to closely monitor the situation and an incident report will be shared in due course.
There was a spike in 3D Secure transaction failures (status Failed/Abandoned) since 15:40 PM GMT, 30 January 2021 for EMV3DS Transaction processing. We are working on service restoration.
