On June 8, 2021, between 18:30 UTC and 19:00 UTC, Symantec identified an issue with the CloudSOC UI services in the US region. The cause was identified and remediated, and subsequently service recovered. During this time access to the portal was unavailable. Some delay in backend processing occurred during this time but other aspects of service remained operational. The service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
