We shall get back to you with the next update by 11:15 AM GMT on the recovery.

Investigating

We have observed several instances of transaction traffic drop and recovery, each lasting under a minute, since 0907 GMT today. Following is a list of instances captured so far: 0907 - 0908 GMT 0921 - 0922 GMT 0926 - 0927 GMT 0950 - 0951 GMT 1002 - 1003 GMT

The recovery in each instance is automatic. During the impact, we are not seeing incoming scheme traffic for Verify Enrollment (VE Request) or cardholder traffic for Payer Authentication (PA request) based on which stage the transactions is in at the time.

There are already Priority-1 tickets logged with both our ISP and updates are awaited. We are also looking at other areas in the meantime that could be leading to this behavior.

We will keep you posted on the progress of this investigation and recovery. Next update will be published at 1045 AM GMT
