  • Clarity SaaS Development Application URL will be changed: Your new URL will be https://cppm10014-dev.clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com

    This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team will be performing the following maintenance starting on July 18, 2021 for the Non Production environments, with a targeted completion of the Production environments in the October 2021 timeframe.

    You will receive a separate notification that will provide the exact date and time for the maintenance schedule of each environment.

    Service Impact: The Clarity SaaS application will be unavailable during the maintenance duration.

    Details: Broadcom will be performing infrastructure maintenance during this window. As noted earlier, you will receive a separate notification that will provide the exact date and time for the maintenance schedule of each environment. The following changes will be made:

  • Clarity SaaS Production Application URL will be changed: Your new URL will be https://cppm10014.clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com
  • Clarity SaaS Development Application URL will be changed: Your new URL will be https://cppm10014-dev.clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com
  • IP Addresses: Both inbound and outbound application IP addresses will be changed. Due to security reasons IP addresses are not disclosed publicly and, therefore, not included in this notification.

    Actions Required (IP Address Changes): If your organization has deployed any IP dependent configurations (i.e. web based integrations, whitelisting of application IP addresses...), your network team will need to update your firewall to allow inbound traffic from the new external facing IP addresses. Please complete the following steps:

  • Open a support case requesting the new IP addresses
  • Share the new IP addresses with your network team
  • Insure the new IP addresses are added to your network configuration prior to or immediately after this maintenance is completed. The new IP addresses need to be added to allow inbound traffic from the new external facing addresses
  • Insure any integrations utilizing IP addresses are updated to use the new IP addresses

    Impacts (IP Address Changes): If you have deployed IP addresses specific configurations then you will have service disruption till you perform the actions listed above.

    Note: SFTP IP address ranges will NOT be changed as part of this maintenance

    Actions Required (URL Changes):

  • Notify all of your end users with the updated URLs
  • Any references to the URLs, such as integrations, bookmarks, etc., must be updated

    Impacts (URL Changes): Clarity SaaS services will no longer be available using the old URLS after the maintenance is completed.
