We have monitored the service and have not seen a re-occurrence of the email delay issue. This incident is resolved.

Monitoring

On September 21, 2021, a subset of customers provisioned on NAM infrastructure may have experienced email delays between 07:10 UTC to 10:10 UTC. The issue was identified and a firewall fail-over was performed to fix the issue. Customers should no longer experience any email delays.

We are closely monitoring the email service and will provide update as soon as more information becomes available.
