The Clarity SaaS team will be performing scheduled monthly maintenance activity as listed below.

  • Schedule - Start time: April 9, 2022 at 03:00 UTC - End time: April 9, 2022, at 15:00 UTC

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your production Clarity SaaS application. Your non-production Clarity SaaS application(s) will be available during the scheduled maintenance duration.

  • Details: The below disruptive activity will be performed during this maintenance:

    • CHG0590383 - GKE migration of Clarity SaaS production environments from Frankfurt to Netherlands. See email notices sent January 5, 2022 EU Data Center Location Change and February 8, 2022 EU Data Center Location Change - SFTP Update for important details for this change. Note that all non production instances were moved during the last maintenance window on March 12, 2022

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete: - Login to each of your non-production Clarity SaaS applications - Resume all paused schedules
