A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are continuing to investigate this issue. In addition to the previously reported metric view impact, some customers may also experience errors while viewing dashboard data.

We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

We are aware of an issue where some metrics in Application Performance Management metric view UI are not reporting any data. This is impacting our customers on US infrastructure.
