The fix has been applied to appliances that responded to our commands through the support channel. We will be sending a communication out to customers about this in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.


We have found a solution and are working on getting it out to affected appliances.


We are currently investigating the following issues:

  • Some on-premises customer appliances are offline.
  • AnonVPN for some customers is offline.
