This incident has been resolved.


Multiple simultaneous hardware failures of critical networking components at our US data center caused periods of disruptions within the time frame of 9:40 to 15:00 Pacific Time. Customers could have seen various errors and delays during this time frame. We have installed new hardware and our system has returned to normal.
