We are aware of VIP customers in Canada region experiencing issues using SMS delivery. This issue is only impacting SMS delivery for a single mobile carrier. As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
