On December 18, 2022, we will perform service-wide maintenance on the Web Isolation Service for Cloud SWG customers connecting via our global data centers. As a part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality and reliability of Symantec’s Web Isolation platform, we will be performing some infrastructure changes.
The maintenance event will start at 08:00 UTC and continue until 14:00 UTC.
Impact
Only Cloud SWG customers who use the Web Isolation add-on will be impacted. During the maintenance window:
