On January 28, 2022, between 14:30 UTC and 19:50 UTC, customers using the following products/services may have experienced issues installing and/or updating licenses:

• ProxySG • Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG) • Reporter • Management Center • Content Analysis Server (CAS) • Malware Analysis (MA) • SSL Visibility Appliance • ISG • Packet Shaper

The cause of this issue has been addressed and the licensing service is restored. No other aspect of the product was impacted during the incident.
