On January 12, 2022, between 18:00 UTC and 21:30 UTC, customers on Americas Management Console (us-mc) may have experienced the following issue:
• Unable to enroll new devices to SEP Mobile • After installing the app, users were presented with an error message ‘Service may be unreachable or unavailable at this time’
The cause of this issue has been addressed and the service is restored. No other aspect of the product was impacted during the incident.
