The emergency maintenance has been completed on the Clarity Production-AU1-003 database. Customers should now be able to login to the Clarity application.

We are performing an emergency maintenance on the Clarity Production-AU1-003 database. This maintenance will begin shortly at 05:10 UTC for a duration of 60 minutes. During this emergency maintenance, customers would not be able to login to clarity application.

Service has been restored for majority of the customers provisioned on Production-AU1-003. We are working closely with the remaining one customer that is still impacted.

We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
