Impact

During the maintenance window customers may experience the following:

• Customers may receive Intermittent 5xx errors for the SMG Customer Specific Rules features and reports during the maintenance window.

It is recommended not to send any submissions during the maintenance window.

All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window.
