  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your production and non-production Clarity SaaS application(s).

  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made as part of the maintenance

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your production and non-production Clarity SaaS application(s) prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules

  • Details: The below disruptive activities will be performed during this maintenance:

    • CHG0741329: Deploy new PPMSSO 16.0.2 release in GPAU1. User authentication will not be available during the upgrade
    • CHG0744166: GKE Control plane and Node pool upgrades in GPAU1. Entire service will be unavailable during the upgrades.
