We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

As per additional investigation, the issue also impacted the Des Moines (GUSDM11) Data Center. As of 14:05 UTC, a fix was applied to the Des Moines (GUSDM11) Data Center.

We are also investigating if any other sites have been impacted by this issue. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We've applied a workaround for the affected customers while we continue to investigate this issue. Customers will no longer experience issues connecting using the Web Security Services Agent (WSSA).
