Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning November 12, 2022, starting at 13:00 UTC UTC, for a duration of 4 hours. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.
Impact
Within this period there will be 45 minutes of interrupted performance, a 15 minute outage followed by 30 minutes of queues being processed. This does not change the Echoworx PBE functionality. However, during this maintenance, the EMX Web Portal (for recipients) will be offline.
All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We're performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
