On October 7, we will be performing emergency maintenance on the WSS reporting infrastructure in the EU region to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.

Impact

WSS customers in the EU region that utilize reporting may experience the following during the maintenance window:

• Slight delays in report generation and for a brief period of time may be unavailable
• Customers that retrieve events via the Sync API may see short delays with events
• Data ingestion will be delayed
