Web Security Service Agent (WSSA): Users are recommended to click on 'reconnect' in order to connect to Shanghai (SHA1) data center.
IPSec / Explicit Proxy / Unified Agent / Proxy Forwarding: Customers should take steps to manually update their tunnels to direct traffic to the Shanghai (SHA1) data center.
We are currently aware that some customers connecting to the Beijing (PEK1) data center may experience decreased performance or latency from the service.
