Our encryption partner Echoworx, provider of our PBE Essentials and Advanced service, will be performing a scheduled update, beginning September 23, 2022, starting at 19:00 UTC, for a duration of 5 hours and 45 minutes.
During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline for both EU and US regions according to the times below:
Impact
All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We're performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
