Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning September 29, 2022, starting at 19:00 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours.

Impact

There will be no impact for Email Security.cloud customers using Echoworx Encryption. All aspects of our service will continue to function as normal.

Key items:

• New and improved Guest Compose with an updated user interface and quick action functionality.
• Improvements to malware scanning, including asynchronous operation such that scanning does not block the sending of a secure email, removal of infected attachments when delivering to the recipient, highlighting to the recipient via a customizable banner that infected attachments were removed.
• Inbound Document Decryption available when composing a Reply-all message.
• Notification emails sent to the sender when a message of theirs has been recalled.
• The correct branding is displayed to portal visitors when visiting a secure message portal with a vanity domain, regardless of cookies or URL parameters.
• User preferences are no longer stored in browser cookies and thus reducing the cookies used.
• First-time secure message web portal visitors will no longer encounter a privacy popup.
• Security enhancements and product fixes.
