Investigating

We are aware that there is a delay in processing the data ingested through Restmon and Open Data Connector to Operational Intelligence (OI) on the US infrastructure, which may prevent them from receiving alerts.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available. All other parts of the product are functional.
