The VMware SASE team has not encountered additional issues in monitoring and vendor has implemented a fix to resolve this incident. Accordingly, this is the final notification for this incident which will now be closed.

Current Impact: Customer utilizing certain mobile carriers might have issues with 2FA authentication and while receiving SMS alerts due to an issue identified external to SASE. We are actively working with the vendor to mitigate the issue.
