We have implemented a fix for the File Uploads issue. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.


On November 30, 2023 starting at 7:00 UTC customers in the India region may have faced issues using the File Upload from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and endpoints to the Cloud portal.

While applying the fix for the above issue, between 9:50 and 10:10 UTC customers may have additionally experienced login errors when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal.

The issue with the login has been addressed while the issue with File Uploads is currently being investigated. Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continued to protect devices it is installed on.
