We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On December 18, 2023 between 20:30 UTC and 21:00 UTC, customers in the US region may have experienced login errors when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal. As of 21:00 UTC we are no longer seeing the issue and we continue to closely monitor the service.

Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality was affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continue to protect devices it is installed on.
