Connection from ENDPOINT STANDARD Sensor to ENDPOINT STANDARD Backend may be unavailable or fail intermittently. ENDPOINT STANDARD Sensor may be unable to upload latest events from an endpoint, look up reputation of a new file or receive a configuration change from ENDPOINT STANDARD Backend. During this issue Carbon Black Cloud backend services (ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 1, US 2, US 5, ENTERPRISE EDR - US, AUDIT & REMEDIATION - US) may have intermittent issues.

Security Impact: Prevention capabilities of ENDPOINT STANDARD may be temporarily weakened, depending on your policy settings. Visibility of events and alerts related to Prevention and Detection may be temporarily delayed until normal operation of Device Services Processing is restored.

Any data sent to the Carbon Black Cloud backend during the maintenance period will be processed after maintenance completion.
