We have identified the cause of this issue. As part of the mitigation, the CWA sync now jobs and Cloud Workload Assurance scans will not work in CWA which monitors cloud environment.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing browsing latency on Cloud Portal. Endpoint Security and Cloud Workload Protection customers attempting to use the portal during this time may experience delays when logging in and/or slowness while browsing through devices, groups and policy pages. We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other Endpoint Security and Symantec Cloud Workload Protection functionality is affected, and endpoints/workloads remain protected.
