During our investigation, we have found an additional issue and the full impact of this incident is as below:

  • 'Device - Groups' page is not loading
  • Customers will be be unable to move endpoints between groups or apply updated policies to their endpoints
  • Customers are currently unable to download new client installation packages

Our engineering teams continue to investigate and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are aware of customers currently experiencing issues with the 'Device - Groups' page not loading on the Cloud Portal. As a result, customers will be unable to move endpoints between groups or apply updated policies to their endpoints.

Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security Cloud Console functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continues to protect devices it is installed on.
