On July 12, 2023 between 09:12 and 10:05 UTC, we are aware that some customers using WSS Agent and connecting through London (GGBLO1) data center may have experienced degraded performance. This only impacted customers using the DLP Cloud Detection service through the Cloud SWG service.
We have identified the cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We will monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
Please note that all other aspects of our service remained functional.
