Broadcom is performing scheduled maintenance of Email Security.Cloud customer portal ClientNet and APIs beginning July 29, 2023 at 10:30 UTC for a duration of 7 hours.

On July 29, 2023, we will be performing maintenance on our Email Security.Cloud service. This service update is part of our continuous effort to improve the functionality of our platform. We will be introducing a new Policy Engine which will allow customers to have more control over the risk they are willing to accept based on certain email characteristics.

  • Scan-Time Policy Controls - will provide the ability to specify granular rules and decide the action to take on an email at email scanning time. Initial support will include the ability to take action on domain age.
  • Click-Time Policy Controls - will provide the ability to specify granular rules and decide actions for URL based threats. Initial support will include the ability to take action based on URL risk score and URL categorization.

Impact

During the maintenance period, the following portals/services will be unavailable:

  • Clientnet Portal
  • Data Feed API
  • Customer and Partner APIs

Email traffic scanning, mail delivery and all other aspects of our services will function as normal.
